LOOK AD ME studio Membership offers flexible and cost-effective access to our studio space. Depending on your membership package, you receive a set number of monthly hours, allowing you to use the studio for various needs, such as regular meetings, e-commerce shoots, photo and video shoots, or any other creative projects. Getting started with a LOOK AD ME studio Membership is easy. Choose the package that suits your needs, book time, show up, and let your creativity flow. Each package includes a specific number of studio hours, access to premium equipment, and discounts on additional bookings. It’s that easy!

Our members include photographers, influencers, creative directors, corporate partners, and diverse creative professionals who value high-quality production spaces and professional support.

MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION:

• Membership becomes active upon receipt of the first payment.
• Membership is billed monthly and renews unless canceled.

BOOKING HOURS:

• Hours included in each membership tier must be used within the month and do not roll over.
• You can use your hours by time slots: minimum 5 hours time slot per day, maximum 10 hours slot. Booking hours must be chosen from the available booking slots on the calendar. We cannot cancel another person’s booking to fit you into the studio schedule grid. Plese plan your studio booking in advance.
• Additional hours can be booked at the discounted rate for each membership tier.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING:

• Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours of the booking can result in a loss of hours for that booking.

PRIORITY BOOKING:

• All members receive priority booking privileges.
• Priority booking allows members to schedule sessions up to 2 months in advance and cancel or reschedule them up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

EQUIPMENT USAGE:

• Basic equipment is included in all memberships. (Hensel photo lights, essential video equipment, and c-stands)
• Access to advanced and premium equipment depends on the membership tier. Your membership discount allows you to rent all additional equipment.
• Members are responsible for any damage to equipment caused during their sessions.
• We do not allow the use of equipment outside the studio. Contact the studio manager for assistance if you need equipment outside the studio.

STUDIO ACCESS:

• Members must book their studio time in advance.
• Unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted.
• Members must adhere to their booked hours. Overtime will be billed at the discounted rate.
• If a Cyc wall is used, we will apply a $100 repaint and cleaning fee for all bookings.

CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY :

• Members must maintain professional behavior and respect studio property and staff.
• Members must clean up after their sessions and return equipment to its proper place. We will charge a $80 restocking fee if you do not return the equipment and furniture to their original place.
• Any damages to the studio or equipment must be reported immediately.
• Members are required to have production insurance for each booking. (If you do not have it, ask for assistance; we will help you handle this question)

PAYMENTS AND BILLING:

• Membership fees are billed monthly on the same date as the initial payment.
• Payments may suspend membership benefits once the account is current.
• A valid credit card must be on file for automatic billing.

TERMINATION:

• Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.
• LOOK AD ME Studio reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of rules or misconduct.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

• Gold members have access to studio assistance.

CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP:

• LOOK AD ME Studio reserves the right to modify membership rules, fees, and benefits with a 30-day notice to members.
• Members will be informed of any changes via email.
