Please feel free to book a quick call with us to discuss your content goals, logistics, or any questions you may have. Step 4: Studio Setup When you arrive, everything is ready — cameras, lighting, sound, and a dedicated operator. Just walk in, sit down, and record. Step 5: Recording Time Make full use of your reserved time. Need to bring in a remote guest? We’ll help coordinate that too. Step 6: File Delivery After your session, we deliver all high-quality raw audio and video files — either to a drive you provide or one we supply. Step 7: Editing Services (Optional)- Would you like us to handle post-production? We offer complete episode editing and custom social clips as add-ons. Step 8: Revisions (if editing is included). If you choose editing, you’ll receive up to three rounds of revisions to ensure the final product is just right.

We’ll have everything ready when you arrive! Depending on your show’s setup, our crew might need about 15–30 minutes to dial in the lighting, camera angles, and mics based on where your host and guest are sitting.
No worries—overtime can be added if our schedule allows. Just keep in mind that it comes with an extra fee, and it’s always best to plan ahead.
Don’t worry—mistakes happen! We record with multiple camera angles, so it’s easy to cut or fix things in post-production. Just keep rolling, and your editor can clean it up later. LOOK AD ME Studio offers editing services to refine your recordings, removing errors and ensuring a polished final product that reflects your best performance.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless we’ve agreed otherwise. We accept all major cards and can send invoices for business bookings.
If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.
Light snacks and drinks are fine, just keep things tidy. Guests are welcome too—just give us a heads-up if you’re bringing more than a couple of people so we can plan space accordingly.
Please arrive right at your scheduled time—early arrivals can disrupt other bookings. Need extra time before or after? Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll see if we can adjust your slot.
We transfer all raw audio and video files at the end of your session, same day. You can bring your hard drive, or we can provide a 1TB SSD for $125. Transfers typically take 15–30 minutes, depending on the file size and your drive’s speed. For reference, a standard 2-hour session requires approximately 225 GB of storage space. If you’re unsure, we recommend picking up a Samsung T5, T7, or T9 SSD ahead of time.
Yes, we do! Live editing is included with every session—but keep in mind, that’s not the same as a final polished edit. So what’s the difference? A live edit is done during your session as we record. Our team seamlessly cuts between real-time camera angles based on your conversation flow, providing a ready-to-watch version immediately after the session. A final edit is where things get dialed in. We carefully review your episode, cutting, cleaning, adding music, titles, color correction, and finalizing the audio mix to deliver a broadcast-quality result. This process includes drafts and revisions to ensure it fits your style and content perfectly. After your session, you’ll receive: ✔ The live-edited version ✔ All individual camera and audio files ✔ The DaVinci Resolve project file (so you or your editor can tweak anything). Need help to finish your episode? Our in-house editors are ready to help. Final episode edits are $500, and custom social media clips start at $150 each. Please let us know what you need, and we will provide you with a customized estimate.
While the 'live' cut will satisfy most, we offer additional editing services to ensure the polish of your podcast.
An initial video with the live cuts is available immediately after the recording stops. If further editing or social media snippets are requested, those are typically delivered within 72 hours.
