HOW IT WORKS

Start with a session — scale into support, produced formats, or a retainer for consistent output

STUDIO FAQs

Most clients start with the level that fits the immediate need, then scale only when the project requires more.

  • Studio Access: A production-ready studio session for self-managed projects using your own team and workflow.
  • Studio + Support: A supported session where we can plug in as needed with equipment access, technical support, crew, and production services.
  • Managed Production: A fully managed setup where we organize the production around your goals — from brief, ideation, and planning through crew, casting, production, and post.
  • Ongoing Production Partnership: For brands and agencies that need recurring output, we can integrate into your workflow as an extension of your marketing team or agency production function.

This makes it easy to start lean while keeping a clear path to broader deliverables, stronger execution, and more consistent content production over time.

LOOK AD ME Studio is built as a production-ready content environment, not just a room booking.

Yes, you can book the space as a starting point. But the real value is that the studio is structured to scale into:

  • production support
  • crewed sessions
  • managed production
  • recurring content systems for brands and agencies

That means you do not need to change vendors, locations, or workflows as the scope grows.

Pricing is based on (1) the service level, (2) the session block you book, and (3) the complexity of setup and deliverables.

How it works (Studio)

We don’t price studio time by “bucket hours.” We use fixed session blocks:

  • Cyclorama Stage: 3-hour, 6-hour, and Full Day blocks
  • Podcast Stage: 3-hour, 6-hour, and Full Day blocks

Your final price is built from the session block plus any add-ons you choose (support, crew, post, specialty gear, etc.). If you need a different structure, we’ll recommend the closest block and scope it as a package.

How it works (Support / Produced Sessions)

  • Studio + Support adds a support layer (on-site technical help/setup/supervision) on top of the booked session block.
  • Produced Sessions / Managed Production are scoped as a production package (crew + workflow + coordination), not just studio time. Pricing depends on crew level, camera count, audio complexity, and deliverables.

How it works (Retainers)

Retainers are priced on a monthly cadence, with deliverable caps (what you receive each week/month). The included scope is locked for that retainer period, so output stays predictable.

Hybrid retainers (Studio + On-Location):

If your retainer includes both studio sessions and on-location production, the included cadence and deliverables remain locked—and any additional requests outside the included scope are handled as additional charges (e.g., extra shoot days, extra deliverables, additional crew, specialty rentals, travel/logistics).

What typically changes the quote

  • Number of setups/scene changes
  • Camera count and audio complexity (single vs multi-cam)
  • Lighting build level (simple vs commercial)
  • Deliverables (files only vs edited masters, cutdowns, captions, versions)
  • Add-ons (specialty gear, external rentals, extra crew, travel/logistics)

What you need to do to get an accurate price fast

  • Choose your goal: Access only or Finished deliverables
  • Share: preferred date/time, stage (cyc or podcast), block (3h / 6h / full day), headcount, camera count, and deliverables list
  • If recurring: tell us your cadence (weekly/biweekly/monthly) → we’ll recommend the right retainer tier

Expectation setting:

If you book Access, pricing is based on the session block and space. If you need a predictable outcome (support, produced format, monthly output), pricing shifts to packages or retainers with defined scope and add-ons as needed.

We support social-first video, branded content, podcasts, interviews, product content, campaign assets, and commercial content.

This is especially useful for:

  • marketing departments that need repeatable monthly output
  • agencies managing deliverables across multiple channels
  • brands that need efficient content days with controlled quality
  • teams that want both quick-turn assets and scalable production support

The goal is not only to shoot content, but to help turn each session into usable marketing assets.

Yes. That is exactly how the system is designed.

A client may begin with a simple session, then add:

  • technical support
  • operators or crew
  • post-production
  • expanded deliverables
  • recurring monthly production

Both.

You can bring your own team and run your preferred workflow, or we can support the project with:

  • technical supervision
  • camera/lighting / audio support
  • crew coordination
  • on-set production help
  • post-production and deliverables

For many brands and agencies, this flexibility is useful because they can keep control where they want it, while offloading complexity where they need help.

Yes.

We can align with your:

  • creative brief
  • campaign goals
  • deliverable list
  • brand guidelines
  • review and approvals workflow
  • internal or client-side signoff structure

This allows the studio to function as part of your existing marketing process, not as a disconnected vendor.

Yes — available by request. We can support set design, props sourcing, and product styling depending on the scope of your session.

How it works:

  • You share references, brand guidelines, and the desired look.
  • We propose a styling/set approach (simple → full build).
  • Props, materials, and specialty items are sourced or rented based on your needs.

Good to know:

  • Set design/props/styling can be added to Produced Sessions or Retainers and scoped in advance.
  • Third-party purchases/rentals and specialty labor are billed as additional costs when applicable.

What you need to do:

  • Send a mood board or 3–5 reference examples
  • Confirm product list + shot list (if applicable)
  • Confirm budget range for styling/props so we can recommend the right approach

To recommend the right level and move quickly, we usually need:

  • a short creative brief
  • target deliverables
  • intended platforms/formats
  • number of people involved
  • timing and preferred shoot date
  • whether you need a simple session, support, or full production

If needed, we can help shape the scope after a short conversation. The purpose is to match the production level to the business goal, not oversell unnecessary complexity.

Yes.

If you need content on a recurring basis, we can structure the work as an ongoing production partnership.

This is ideal for:

  • monthly social content
  • podcast production
  • campaign rollouts
  • product drops
  • brand content systems that need a predictable cadence

This turns one-off sessions into a repeatable workflow with better consistency, easier planning, and stronger long-term output.

For many brands and agencies, the advantage is not just location — it is efficiency without compromising production standards.

LOOK AD ME Studio is operated by a professional commercial production team delivering projects nationwide. We built the studio as a production-ready environment so clients can simplify logistics, move faster, and keep more of the day focused on production rather than unnecessary travel.

Located in Irvine, the studio gives teams a practical Southern California base between Los Angeles and San Diego — making it easier to access talent, manage approvals, and keep production days more efficient for Orange County, San Diego, and some Los Angeles-based brands, agencies, and marketing teams.

Another major advantage is location flexibility. If the creative requires more than a controlled studio environment, Irvine gives you easier access to a wide range of visual backdrops without turning the day into an LA traffic problem. That includes:

  • beaches and coastal locations
  • parks and open outdoor spaces
  • mountain and canyon access
  • urban and lifestyle environments across Orange County and the surrounding areas

For many productions, that means faster, more practical access to usable locations than pushing the entire day through Los Angeles traffic just to reach places like Malibu or other distant locations.

This means:

  • less time lost to travel and traffic
  • easier scheduling for clients, talent, and approvals
  • lower operational friction
  • more realistic 10–12 hour production days
  • agency-level execution without unnecessary LA overhead

The result is simple: more usable production time, less wasted energy, and a stronger working day for everyone involved.
