Policies

Studio procedures and privacy information. Draft for review — not effective. Legal operator, contact details and booking procedures must be confirmed before publication. Your signed booking agreement identifies the contracting business.

Studio use

Keep exits clear, respect confirmed occupancy limits and protect the cyclorama surface. Green screen, scenic flats, set construction, vehicle access, rigging, haze and other effects require advance planning and approval. Leave the space in the agreed condition. Additional cleaning or repairs must be documented and handled under the booking agreement.

Recording and file delivery

For the proposed three-camera podcast session, the three-hour window includes preparation, recording and file transfer / wrap. Bring a compatible SSD with sufficient free capacity, agreed with the team before the session. Cloud delivery, purchased media, extended file handling, storage and editing are optional services with separately approved prices. Confirm transferred files before leaving. Any studio backup, retention period or later recovery service must be explicitly agreed; no indefinite storage is promised.

Privacy policy — scope and status

This notice is a draft for the planned website. The local mockup does not submit its enquiry form. It does not describe or replace the privacy disclosures for any existing live WordPress installation. Before launch, the operator must verify the data practices below and insert its legal name, privacy email, postal address and effective date.

Information and purposes

The planned enquiry process asks for your name, email, requested service, preferred dates, project details, crew size and optional budget. This information would be used to respond, prepare quotes and administer bookings. Website logs, cookies, payment data, marketing subscriptions and embedded media must be inventoried before launch; this draft does not assert which of those are currently collected.

Sharing and service providers

Before publication, identify the categories of recipients actually used for hosting, email, booking, payments, analytics and project delivery, and explain their purposes. Explain any transfer to LOOK AD ME for full-production enquiries and whether it is the same legal operator or a separate recipient. Do not claim that data is never sold or shared until advertising and analytics configurations have been checked.

Cookies and tracking

Before publication, disclose whether other parties collect information across websites, how this site responds to browser Do Not Track signals, and the actual choices available for cookies and embedded video. If CCPA sale or sharing obligations apply, implement the required opt-out mechanisms and Global Privacy Control handling. A policy statement alone does not configure those controls.

Requests, retention and updates

The final policy must provide a monitored privacy contact and describe any procedure for reviewing or correcting information. Retain data only for documented purposes and necessary legal or business periods; confirm those periods before launch. Assess CCPA applicability and include the rights, verification methods and request channels actually required. Publish an effective date and explain how material policy changes are communicated. These draft review instructions must be replaced with accurate operating disclosures before going live.
