Your three-hour session
01 · Setup / 60 min
Prepare the standard set, cameras and audio. Complete technical checks with your guests.
02 · Record / 60 min
Capture the agreed conversation with three cameras and one technical operator.
03 · Handoff / 60 min
Organise and copy files to your agreed compatible SSD, then wrap the session. This is a planning allocation; actual timing depends on data volume and drive performance.
Booking windows & media handoff
A reserved five-hour AM or PM window: 08:00–13:00 or 14:00–19:00. The hour between bookings is reserved for turnover. Your access includes setup and load-out.
Full days can be scoped with a different start time. A half-day crossing both standard windows is quoted as a full day. Short-notice gap bookings may be offered when they fit the calendar.
Only with prior approval and no conflict with the next reservation. Studio extensions: $300/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Podcast session extensions: $350/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Additional booked crew or equipment is itemised separately; no duplicate charge for the podcast operator already included.
Bring an empty, compatible SSD and cable with capacity agreed before the session. We confirm recording format and estimated storage needs in advance. One organised copy during your booked handoff window is included. Do not erase your drive before securing any existing data.
A slow, incompatible or undersized client drive may require additional paid handling. If the delay is caused by our equipment or workflow, we resolve it without a client-delay fee. Our team will confirm options before additional charges.
No. Optional cloud delivery is $150 per session up to 500 GB, with a 14-day download window. Larger transfers, extra copies and extended storage are quoted separately. No long-term archive is included.
No. The standard session plans one hour of setup, one hour of recording and one hour of handoff and wrap. Longer recording and additional episodes need additional booked time.
Proposed direct-booking policy: 50% to reserve, balance due 72 hours before access; bookings inside 72 hours paid in full. Cancellation and rescheduling terms must be supplied before payment. Marketplace bookings follow the applicable marketplace terms.
