Setup, shooting and load-out use booked time. Full Studio overtime: $200/hour, subject to availability and confirmation. A 10-hour booking extended to 11 or 12 hours totals $1,700 or $1,900, before any additional crew or equipment.

Your proposal defines what is included, optional additions and any separately quoted work. Starting budgets are not fixed deliverable packages. Production and post-production can be combined in one itemized proposal.
ONGOING OPTIONS
- Studio Membership / $3,200 per month
- Four five-hour Full Studio blocks: 20 hours. Five-light kit, cleaning and reset included; your team runs the shoot.
- Monthly Three-Camera Recording / from $4,750
- Four three-hour sessions: 12 booked hours, standard three-camera setup, operator and file handoff. Editing separate.
- Ongoing Content Production / from $7,500
- Custom monthly scope. Shoot capacity, crew, deliverables and finishing agreed in the proposal; no fixed asset count.

What is included in my quote?
Your proposal defines preparation, crew, equipment, production time and deliverables. Post-production and optional additions are itemized so you can review the complete agreed scope before booking.
Can you include post-production?
Yes. Editing, color, sound and versions can be included as separate items in the same proposal. They are not automatically included in a recording or studio rental rate.
How is a booking confirmed?
We review the dates and scope, then confirm the agreement and payment steps needed to secure the booking. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date.
Equipment and production transportation
Add lighting, cameras, lenses and grip, or arrange a black 2024 Sprinter 2500 High Roof with a driver for your production itinerary.
