Produced Video Podcast Sessions are for clients who want more support, smoother session flow, and a more complete recording setup.
Monthly Video Podcast Production is built for recurring content with filming, editing, publishing, and ongoing support.
What’s included in Self-Directed Video Podcast Sessions?
Self-Directed Sessions include the studio setup, the selected camera package, and basic lighting for the session. We help get the setup ready and rolling, then the session is self-directed by the client. If you want more hands-on support during recording, Produced Sessions are the better fit.
What’s included in Produced Video Podcast Sessions?
Produced Sessions include a more guided recording experience with production support during the session. Depending on the package, that may include producer-guided setup, camera, lighting, and audio support, plus session deliverables such as a Program Master, ISO Camera Recordings, and an Audio Master.
How much time should I book, and is setup included?
We usually recommend a minimum of 3 hours for podcast sessions. In most cases, about 30 minutes of that window is dedicated to setup, breakdown, and file upload/handoff, which helps the session run more smoothly from start to finish.
How should I take my files after the session?
For faster delivery, we recommend bringing a 2TB SSD to your session. That is usually the simplest and fastest way to take your files with you. If you need another handoff method, we can discuss delivery options during the booking process.
Can I start with one session and scale into ongoing content support later?
Yes. Many clients start with a single session, then expand into editing, short-form deliverables, publishing support, and recurring production.If you want a more consistent content workflow, we can build that into a Monthly Video Podcast Production setup over time.
