About the Podcast Space

The studio is a flexible, creative space with excellent acoustics.

It is a perfect location for video and audio podcasts, interviews, small photo or video shoots, e-commerce, product, and food shoots, and it is a great working space.

The studio has natural lights, which can be blocked with blackout curtains. Basic rental includes only space and studio furniture. If you are looking for a podcast video or audio setup, you can check add-ons. The podcast room can be decorated for an additional fee upon request. Ask the manager during booking or check add-ons for additional services or crew members. Pro lighting, photo, video, live streaming board, and sound equipment are available for rent for an additional price by request. Please check Add-ons for the list of equipment, extra services, and crew. One of the managers will be at the location to explain the details. The area has many food options, and the Costco store is nearby. There are Poke and Sandwich cafes right by the studio. Laguna Beach is 15-20 minutes away, and your shoot can be arranged with beach access. Beautiful parks are around and close to the Great Park of Irvine: absolutely No Alcohol, No Smoking, No Drugs, No Firearms.
