Studio Access includes the podcast room, 2 microphones, and an audio recorder for self-run audio sessions.
This option is designed for clients who want a simple, efficient audio-first recording setup without paying for video production support.
Minimum booking: 3 hours
Not included: cameras, custom video setup, operator support, editing, hard drives, or advanced deliverables.
Studio Access is booked as a simple self-run session.
You reserve the room for a minimum of 3 hours, arrive with your host/guest, use the included audio setup, record your session, and we handle the standard room reset and cleaning afterward.
If you need cameras or a video-based setup, that moves into a different booking type and is quoted separately.
Yes. A fixed $60 cleaning fee applies to every session. This standard per-session fee covers post-session cleanup and room reset.
Bookings are available as Studio Access, Video Podcast Setup, or Produced Podcast Sessions. For produced sessions, the hourly rate already includes studio time, so studio rental is not charged separately.
If you need a video podcast setup, we provide a separate quote based on the number of cameras, lighting needs, guest count, and setup complexity.
Produced sessions include studio access, the selected camera setup, standard lighting, setup time, recording time, wrap time, operator support, file handoff, and room reset after the session.
No. Final editing is not included in the base booking rate. Editing, social clips, branded cutdowns, and other deliverables are available as add-on services.
PRO includes a more advanced multi-camera workflow and a live-switched pre-edit using ATEM Mini ISO to help speed up post-production. Final editing is still quoted separately.
No. Hard drives are not included. We recommend bringing a 2TB SSD for faster file transfers. We record to studio drives first, then transfer files for delivery. If you do not bring your own drive, we can provide one for $200. Cloud transfer is also available, but additional charges may apply for transfer time and storage.
Yes. Custom set adjustments are available by request and can be discussed based on the scope of the session and the available budget. Our studio is a flexible space, which means furniture and key layout elements can be repositioned to better match your recording format, guest count, or visual goals. Custom set styling, layout changes, and more involved setup requests may require additional time and may be quoted separately.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in advance. We do our best to accommodate schedule changes when possible, but last-minute changes may incur booking fees depending on how close they are to the session date and how much studio time has already been reserved. For the smoothest experience, we recommend confirming your schedule as early as possible and contacting us immediately if your plans change.
