Plan your studio session

Studio guide · Practical production planning for a smooth shoot day.

Start with the shot list

Identify the setups, camera angles, largest props and number of people attending. Share these details so the studio can confirm whether your layout and access requirements fit.

Budget the whole access window

Allow time for load-in, lighting, set changes, recording and load-out. Podcast sessions also need time for sound checks and file transfer. Recording time and booked studio time are different.

Choose your support

Bring your own team, add selected equipment or request technical crew. Confirm who is responsible for camera, lighting, audio and production coordination. Each role should have a clear scope in the quote.

Plan the handoff

Agree formats, storage media, delivery deadlines and whether editing is included. If you need a concept and complete creative production, our parent company LOOK AD ME can scope that separately.
