Your three-hour session
01 · Setup / 60 min
Prepare the standard set, cameras and audio. Complete technical checks with your guests.
02 · Record / 60 min
Capture the agreed conversation with three cameras and one technical operator.
03 · Handoff / 60 min
Organise and copy files to your agreed compatible SSD, then wrap the session. This is a planning allocation; actual timing depends on data volume and drive performance.
Booking windows & media handoff
Your five-hour AM or PM window is 08:00–13:00 or 14:00–19:00. The hour between blocks gives our team time to reset the studio, so each client arrives to a production-ready space.
Absolutely. Full days can begin at a different agreed time. If a half-day request crosses both standard windows, we’ll recommend the most practical full-day plan. We may also offer a short-notice gap when the calendar allows.
If the schedule allows, studio time can be extended at $300/hour and podcast sessions at $350/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. The podcast extension keeps the standard three-camera, audio and lighting kit plus operator in place.
Bring an empty compatible SSD and cable with the capacity we confirm before your session. We’ll organize one copy during the booked handoff window so your team leaves with clearly labeled media.
We’ll help you choose the right drive before the shoot. If additional off-stage transfer time is needed, we’ll confirm the available option and price with you before proceeding.
Cloud delivery is available for $250 up to 500 GB or $500 for 501 GB–1 TB. We upload within 24 hours after the session and keep the download available for five business days. Larger transfers, extra copies and extended storage receive a custom quote.
The three-hour plan gives the team time to prepare the set and guests, record one focused conversation, and organize your files before wrap. We’re happy to reserve more time for longer conversations or multiple episodes.
A 50% retainer reserves your date, with the balance due 72 hours before access. Bookings made within 72 hours are paid in full. Your proposal includes the cancellation and rescheduling schedule before you approve the booking.
