Your three-hour block includes setup, recording, and file handoff. We agree on the recording plan and conversation length before the session. Editing is quoted separately and can be included in your proposal.

Record interviews or podcasts at your office or chosen location. We scope cameras, lighting, sound, crew, travel and setup around the space and brief.
On-location podcast recording is also available from $2,500 per session. Share your location and requirements for a custom quote; availability and site suitability must be confirmed.

How much of a three-hour block is recording time?
The block includes setup, recording and file handoff. Tell us the format and planned conversation length so we can work out the recording schedule before you book.
Can you record at our office?
Yes. We review the location and scope the equipment, crew, travel and setup required.
Can you include post-production?
Yes. Editing, color grading, sound, and alternate versions can be itemized in the same proposal. Post-production is not automatically included in recording or studio rental rates.
How is a booking confirmed?
We review the dates and scope, then confirm the agreement and payment steps needed to secure the booking. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date.
Which recording option should we choose?
Rent the room if you’re bringing your own recording team. Three-Camera Recording adds an operator and the agreed audio setup. Producer-Led Recording also includes a producer, an interview outline and session coordination. Editing and clips are quoted separately.
How do we receive our recording files?
We’ll confirm the recording files and handoff timing before your session. For Three-Camera or Producer-Led Recording, please bring your own SSD for a copy of your recording files. We recommend a 4–8 TB SSD. A drive is not included with your session.
Cloud delivery through Google Drive or another agreed service is available for an additional fee based on the total file size:
- Up to 150 GB: $150
- Over 150 GB and up to 300 GB: $250
- Over 300 GB and up to 500 GB: $350
- Over 500 GB and up to 750 GB: $450
- Over 750 GB and up to 1 TB: $550
- Over 1 TB: Custom quote
We confirm the total file size and delivery fee before transfer. If you need a finished episode or clips, include them in your editing request.
