Studio use
We want every crew to have a safe, comfortable and productive day. Please keep exits clear, follow the confirmed occupancy and equipment plan, and help us protect the cyclorama surface. Green screen, scenic flats, set construction, vehicles, rigging, haze and other effects are planned with our team in advance. Cleaning or repairs beyond the agreed reset are documented and handled under the booking agreement.
Recording and file delivery
A standard three-camera podcast session includes preparation, recording and file handoff / wrap within the booked three-hour window. Bring a compatible SSD with the capacity confirmed before your session. Cloud delivery, purchased media, additional handling, extended storage and editing are available by request. We’ll confirm the handoff plan and any temporary backup period in writing so your team knows exactly what to expect.
Privacy policy — scope and status
This privacy notice describes information handled through lookadme.studio and related studio enquiries. LOOK AD ME LLC is the business responsible for this information. It applies to website visits, email and phone enquiries, quote requests, bookings and communications with our studio and production teams.
Information and purposes
We may receive your name, business contact details, requested dates, project information, crew size, budget range and the messages or files you choose to share. We use that information to respond, prepare proposals, coordinate services, manage bookings, maintain business records, improve the website and communicate about relevant services when permitted. Website systems may also collect device, browser, cookie and usage information.
Sharing and service providers
LOOK AD ME and LOOK AD ME Studio are operated by LOOK AD ME LLC, so a full-production enquiry may be shared internally with the appropriate team. We also use service providers for hosting, email, customer relationship management, analytics, security, booking, payment and project delivery. They receive information only as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
The website may use cookies and similar technologies from WordPress services, HubSpot, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to operate the site, understand visits and improve the experience. You can manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls shown on the site. Browser Do Not Track signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry; we respond to legally required privacy preference signals where applicable.
Requests, retention and updates
You may contact studio@lookadme.com to ask about, correct or delete information you have provided, subject to verification and legal recordkeeping requirements. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to know, correct, delete or receive information and to exercise applicable opt-out rights without discrimination. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual and production records, security and legal obligations. Material policy updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
