Your booked time includes setup, shooting, and load-out. Full Studio overtime is $200 per additional hour, subject to availability and confirmation. A 10-hour booking extended to 11 hours totals $1,700; 12 hours totals $1,900. Additional crew or equipment time is quoted separately.

A five-light kit is included with every 3-, 5-, and 10-hour Full Studio booking and Studio Membership.

IN ONE ITEMIZED PROPOSAL
Studio rental covers the listed space, equipment and booked time. Recording options add the equipment and crew shown for that service. Production starting budgets are the starting point for a project quote, with the shoot and final photos or videos defined around your brief.
Your proposal lists pre-production, crew, equipment, shoot time and deliverables, along with any editing or other post-production. You can review what’s included and any additions before booking.
ONGOING OPTIONS
- Studio Membership / $3,200 per month
- Four five-hour Full Studio blocks per billing month, totaling 20 hours. Five-light kit, standard cleaning, and reset included; your team runs the shoot. Dates are agreed in advance; initial three-month plan.
- Monthly Three-Camera Recording / from $4,750 per month
- Four three-hour sessions per month, totaling 12 booked hours, with one agreed standard three-camera setup, an operator, and file handoff. Setup and handoff count toward session time. Editing and clips are quoted separately.
- Ongoing Content Production / from $7,500 per month
- Custom monthly scope. Shoot capacity, crew, deliverables, and finishing are agreed in your proposal; there is no fixed asset count.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
What is included in my quote?
Your proposal defines preparation, crew, equipment, production time and deliverables. Post-production and optional additions are itemized so you can review the complete agreed scope before booking.
Can you include post-production?
Yes. Editing, color grading, sound, and alternate versions can be itemized in the same proposal. Post-production is not automatically included in recording or studio rental rates.
How is a booking confirmed?
We review the dates and scope, then confirm the agreement and payment steps needed to secure the booking. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date.
What changes the price of a production?
The shot list, number of setups, crew, equipment, locations and post-production all affect the budget. Share the content you need, where it will run and your deadline so we can quote the work accurately.
What does a starting price include?
A starting price applies to the service described, rather than a fixed number of finished photos or videos. Your project proposal confirms the production work, deliverables and post-production included in the final quote.
Equipment and production transportation
Add lighting, cameras, lenses and grip, or arrange a black 2024 Sprinter 2500 High Roof with a driver for your production itinerary.
