Terms & Conditions
Effective September 18, 2026. LOOK AD ME LLC operates LOOK AD ME and LOOK AD ME Studio. These terms support a clear, professional booking process for our Irvine studio and related production services. Contact us at studio@lookadme.com or 216 Technology Drive, Unit F, Irvine, CA 92618.
Bookings and scope
We begin with an enquiry and a clear written proposal. Your reservation is confirmed when you accept the booking agreement and complete the payment stated in it. The agreement brings the practical details together in one place: space, access window, equipment, crew, deliverables, price and payment dates. Any added service is approved with you first.
Prices and payments
Published package prices cover the services listed in that package. Applicable government taxes or fees and optional additions—such as specialty equipment, additional crew, set construction or post-production—are shown separately before you approve the booking. If a refundable security deposit is required, the amount and return process will appear in your agreement.
Studio time and additional work
Your reserved access window covers load-in, setup, production, file handoff and load-out unless your agreement says otherwise. If the schedule allows, additional time can be approved at the rate shown in your proposal. Each crew member’s role and responsibility will be identified clearly so your team knows exactly what support is in place.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We know production schedules can change. Your proposal will show the cancellation and rescheduling schedule before you pay, including how the retainer is applied. If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will work with you on a suitable alternative or refund the portion we cannot provide, consistent with applicable law.
Safety, property and insurance
Our team will share the studio safety requirements that apply to your setup. Robot operation is handled by authorized operators, and vehicles, special effects, rigging, haze, hazardous materials or unusual loads need advance approval. Your proposal will identify any insurance requirements. Documented damage beyond ordinary wear is handled under the booking agreement.
Footage and creative rights
You keep the rights to materials you provide. Ownership and licensing for commissioned work, project files and third-party assets are defined in the applicable production agreement. A studio booking does not give us permission to publish confidential footage, logos or project information. Each production is responsible for the releases and usage rights for the people and materials it brings.
Monthly programs
Monthly programs use a written scope covering sessions, deliverables, term, payment, unused time, rescheduling and cancellation. Recurring charges or renewals are used only when they are presented clearly and accepted expressly in the applicable agreement, with the cancellation method provided as required by law.
Applicable law and questions
California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the customer. Nothing here waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the studio through Contact before accepting a booking if any part of the scope is unclear. Full creative production through LOOK AD ME is governed by its own proposal and agreement.
