PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO · IRVINE, ORANGE COUNTY
Help customers see what makes your product worth choosing.
Product photography, demonstrations and studio-shot videos for e-commerce, websites and paid or organic content. Bring your products and brief; we’ll plan the setup, crew and finishing around the assets you need.
Your brief. A clear, itemized quote.
Choose the listed setup, or send us your brief for an individual estimate. We price custom equipment, crew, preparation, production design, props, transport and post-production around the actual work. Your proposal shows the complete agreed price before booking. Editing and finishing are separate line items in the same proposal, so you can choose recorded files or finished assets.
Build the right set of product assets
Your proposal lists the products, setups, final images and videos included.
E-commerce photography
Clean product views, details and agreed variations for your storefront or catalog. Retouching, backgrounds and file specifications are defined before the shoot.
Product demonstrations
Show how a product works through a clear sequence of actions. We plan demonstrations, framing and the agreed edit length around your audience.
Product films & cutdowns
Create a studio-based product film with a defined set of shorter versions. Motion control, set design, VFX or CGI can be added when the idea calls for them.
A quote built around the work
Custom project quote. We price preparation, studio time, equipment, crew and post-production against an agreed shot list. Product count alone does not describe the work: reflective surfaces, styling, assemblies, talent and set changes all affect the schedule.
Before booking, you receive the number of final assets, runtimes, aspect ratios, retouching or edit scope, review rounds, usage requirements and delivery dates. Rental already included in a produced package is not billed twice.
An example of a clearly scoped deliverable
A product brief might call for six retouched images of one product and one 20-second demonstration, exported in landscape and vertical formats. This is an illustrative scope, not a fixed package or a promise of output per day. We quote the actual styling, setups, talent, versions and review rounds before booking.
From your brief to your files
One clear scope before production begins.
1. Define the deliverables
Tell us what you are making, where it will be used and when you need it. Bring a shot list or ask for help turning an existing brief into a studio plan.
2. Approve the plan
We itemize preparation, studio time, equipment, crew and recording handoff. If requested, a separate post-production scope defines editing, versions, review rounds and delivery dates.
3. Shoot, review & receive
We record the agreed material and provide the source-file handoff specified in your quote. If you add post-production, we agree the finished assets, review rounds and delivery schedule in a separate scope. Rental bookings include the reserved space and listed amenities.
Planning your project
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Send product photos and dimensions, the number of products, reference images, required views or actions, intended channels and your deadline. Tell us whether you need talent, styling, props or motion control.
Do you provide a fixed number of assets per day?
We agree the asset list after reviewing the setups and production time. A simple packshot and a styled product film require different preparation and finishing.
Can my photographer or agency run the shoot?
Yes. Book independent studio rental and bring your team. Equipment and technical support are optional additions.
Can you develop the campaign idea too?
Yes, through LOOK AD ME. We can connect your studio inquiry to the wider creative and commercial production team so the responsibilities stay clear.
