One van. Your production itinerary.
12-seat passenger configuration. Share your passenger count and luggage requirements so we can confirm the appropriate seating and load plan. This is a passenger vehicle; larger equipment loads require a separate solution.
Use it for hotel-to-set transfers, crew shuttles and location moves. Send pickup and drop-off addresses, planned stops, first call time and estimated wrap. We confirm the route and availability before booking.
Production day with driver — from $1,200 / 10 hours
Vehicle: from $600 / 10-hour production day.
Driver service: from $600 / up to 10 hours.
Combined starting total: $1,200 before fuel and other itemized costs. Vehicle and driver are shown separately in your quote; this is a chauffeured service, not a self-drive offer. Driving, waiting and location moves all count toward the booked time. Time runs from the agreed first pickup to final passenger drop-off; any positioning travel is identified in the quote.
Additional time — $180 / hour
After the 10-hour block, vehicle extension is $90/hour and driver service overtime is $90/hour: $180/hour combined, billed in 30-minute increments ($90 combined per half hour). An 11-hour day starts at $1,380; a 12-hour day starts at $1,560, before separate costs. Schedules over 12 hours, union productions, second drivers and multi-day itineraries require a separate quote. Extensions are subject to driver availability and required rest. These are customer service rates; driver payroll follows the applicable employment terms.
Fuel billed separately
Fuel is billed separately at actual trip cost, with supporting receipts or an agreed calculation stated in the quote. Parking, tolls, airport fees and any out-of-area travel are itemized separately where applicable. Your proposal states the agreed mileage, applicable taxes and any other charges before you book. No unlimited-mileage assumption.
